Our proposal for One East Point will deliver approximately 469 homes (343 for private sale and 126 affordable), all Tower Hamlets and GLA policy-compliant. The development will also provide retail, employment and leisure uses, together creating a thriving new urban quarter.
Inviting public spaces are a cornerstone of the scheme. Our plans include a waterfront public square, extensive landscaping, children’s play areas, a health and wellbeing centre, a sculpture garden, and more.
Our aim is for the scheme to extend beyond housing to become a valuable resource for the wider community – a vibrant place to live, work and socialise.
